This Payment Policy explains the payment methods, billing terms, and related conditions for purchases made through the My Adorn website. My Adorn is a business registered in India. Payment methods may vary depending on the billing location and the payment options enabled at checkout. The payment methods shown at checkout are the final payment options available for the order.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
- UPI, including supported services such as Google Pay, PhonePe, and Paytm
- Credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, and American Express
- Debit cards
- Net banking through supported banks
- Digital wallets, where available
- Cash on Delivery (COD), where available and subject to the conditions below
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD may be available only for select pin codes, eligible order values, and qualifying products.
- For high-value orders, certain locations, or repeat order confirmation issues, we may request a partial advance payment before dispatch.
- If a confirmed COD order is repeatedly refused, not accepted, or returned due to customer non-availability, COD access may be restricted for future orders.
2. Payment Security
- All online transactions are processed through secure encrypted connections.
- We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
- Card payments and other online payments are processed through trusted third-party payment gateways or payment processors.
3. Pricing, Taxes and Currency
- All prices are displayed and charged in INR.
- The final payable amount will be shown at checkout before the customer completes the purchase.
- Applicable taxes, including GST, will be shown at checkout where required.
- Shipping charges, if any, will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on the delivery address, order value, and selected shipping method within India.
4. Order Confirmation and Invoicing
- Once payment is successfully authorised, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email, SMS, or any other contact method provided at checkout.
- A tax invoice or order invoice will be issued with the shipment or sent electronically, as applicable.
5. Payment Failures and Reversals
- If a payment attempt fails but the bank account or card is debited, the amount is usually reversed by the bank or payment provider within 5 to 7 business days, although timelines may vary by bank or provider.
- If the amount is not reversed within the expected period, the customer should first contact the bank or payment provider and then share the transaction reference with us for further assistance.
6. Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention
- We reserve the right to review, hold, cancel, or refuse any order where fraudulent activity, misuse of payment instruments, or suspicious transaction patterns are suspected.
- Repeated payment failures, disputed payments, abusive chargeback activity, or misuse of COD may result in order cancellation or restrictions on future purchases.
