This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how My Adorn processes, ships, and delivers orders placed through our website. My Adorn operates from India and the business details stated in this policy apply to orders placed through the website.

 

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Certain products, including customised, personalised, or made-to-order items, may require additional processing time. Where applicable, the estimated timeline will be mentioned on the product page or communicated at the time of purchase.

2. Shipping

We offer shipping across India through trusted courier and logistics partners. Estimated delivery timelines for domestic orders are usually 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location.
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared through your registered email address and/or mobile number. All delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, regional restrictions, or operational disruptions.

3. Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. From time to time, My Adorn may offer promotional free shipping. Any such offer will be subject to the terms stated on the website at the relevant time.

4. Address Accuracy and Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including the recipient’s name, delivery address, phone number, and email address. My Adorn shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping details provided by the customer. If delivery cannot be completed due to recipient unavailability or repeated failed delivery attempts, the courier partner may attempt redelivery or return the shipment. Additional redelivery or reshipping charges may apply where applicable.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is handed over to the courier partner, delivery is subject to the courier’s operations and procedures. My Adorn is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the courier but are subsequently lost or stolen. If a package is lost in transit, customers should contact us and we will provide reasonable assistance in coordinating with the courier partner and, where possible, initiating a claim or investigation.If an item is received in a damaged condition, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs together with a proper unboxing video for verification and assessment. Claims submitted without sufficient supporting evidence may not be accepted.

6. Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely dispatch and delivery, My Adorn shall not be held liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These may include transportation disruptions, strikes, natural disasters, public authority actions, pandemics, local restrictions, or other force majeure events.

Customers can track their shipment using the tracking information shared after dispatch through email and/or SMS.
