1. Return and Exchange Request Window

• Return or exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.

• Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item delivered is wrong, damaged, or defective. Requests due to change of mind, personal preference such as colour or design, or the item no longer being required, will not be eligible for return or exchange.

• To initiate a request, please contact us with your order number and the details of the issue.

• For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, an unboxing video and clear photographs are required.

 

3. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

• Returned items must be unused and unworn.

• Items must be in their original condition.

• All original packaging, tags, certificates, freebies, and the invoice must be included.

• Items must be free from scratches, stains, damage, or signs of wear.

• All stones, parts, and embellishments must be intact.

 

4. Inspection and Approval

• All returned items will be inspected by our team upon receipt.

• If the return is approved, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit, depending on stock availability and the nature of the issue.

• If the return is not approved, the item may be sent back to the customer.

 

5. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

• Customized or personalized products

• Engraved items

• Earrings and body jewellery

• Final sale or clearance items

• Gift cards, vouchers, or promotional bundles

• Purchases made using store credit, unless the item is defective

 

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inform us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

• You must share clear photographs and an unboxing video for verification.

• After review and approval, we will arrange a replacement or provide store credit, as applicable.

• Refunds are generally not issued for such cases unless required under applicable law.

 

7. Refunds

• Refunds are only applicable for approved cancellations before dispatch or in cases of stock unavailability.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method.

• Shipping charges, COD charges, and gift wrapping charges are non-refundable.

 

8. Exchanges

• Approved items may be exchanged for the same product or for another item of equal or higher value, subject to stock availability.

• If the replacement item is of higher value, the customer must pay the price difference.

 

9. Return Shipping

• For approved damaged or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery, we will arrange pickup where feasible, or reimburse reasonable courier charges.

• For other approved returns or exchanges, return shipping costs may need to be borne by the customer.

 

10. Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
